1. Introduction

2. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that material accessible via SauceGate infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid complaint:

SauceGate reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to abuse@saucegate.pro including:

  1. Identification of the removed content.
  2. A statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake.
  3. Your contact information.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

SauceGate may restore content at its discretion unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be permanently suspended.

6. Good Faith

Knowingly submitting false claims of infringement may result in legal liability.

SauceGate acts as a neutral service provider and does not pre-screen user-submitted content.
