1. About the Service

SauceGate is a web application that allows creators to create gated access pages ("Gates").

A Gate may offer access to external content if a visitor voluntarily chooses to perform certain actions through a third-party platform such as SoundCloud.

SauceGate does not host music files unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SauceGate does not sell, trade, or guarantee engagement metrics on any third-party platform.

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Creator Accounts

To create Gates, users must register an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • maintain the security of your login credentials
  • comply with applicable laws
  • comply with third-party platform rules

Creators may delete their account at any time.

4. Visitors and Voluntary Actions

Visitors are not required to create an account.

To unlock certain Gates, visitors may authenticate with SoundCloud via OAuth.

All actions performed through SoundCloud are:

  • initiated only after explicit user interaction
  • clearly described before execution
  • voluntarily chosen by the user

SauceGate does not automatically perform actions without user confirmation.

Users may revoke SoundCloud access directly via SoundCloud settings.

5. Third-Party Platforms

SauceGate uses the official SoundCloud API.

The Service:

  • does not automate engagement
  • does not use bots
  • does not artificially inflate metrics
  • does not permanently store SoundCloud access tokens

Users are responsible for complying with third-party platform terms.

SauceGate is not affiliated with or endorsed by SoundCloud.

6. Prohibited Content

Creators are responsible for all links shared.

Prohibited content includes:

  • illegal material
  • copyright infringement
  • malware or phishing links
  • pornography
  • hate speech
  • deceptive practices
  • attempts to artificially manipulate engagement metrics

The Operator may remove content at its sole discretion.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Operator shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or third-party platform actions.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to the Service (currently zero).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Poland.

10. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older.
